Order Cancellation
  • We make every effort to process and ship your order promptly.

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.

  • If your order is canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy.

  • You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

  • You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

  • Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it quickly.


Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened or used items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Only unopened and unused items within the 30-day return window are eligible for a refund.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have.

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
